1What’s different about Berkeley for our clients?
All of us have come to Berkeley with substantial prior experience, so rather than deploying large teams with big junior components we can deploy smaller teams to partner closely with our clients. We excel when we work side by side with our clients to help them solve their really knotty challenges. Everyone at Berkeley has a proven ability to think through a diverse range of problems. With a Berkeley consultant you have someone who is motivated to build a relationship with our client and is invested in helping them get to the best possible outcome.
2What do you like most about being a transformation leader?
Going through a transformation can be a stressful time for an organization, especially if there is a diverse set of views on what the right approach should be. What I like about my role is being able to help a client navigate and unblock these challenges. Berkeley consultants can use the toolsets we have developed supporting other clients with similar transformation challenges, as well as our broad support network of knowledge at the firm, to help break-down what may feel like daunting challenges for our clients and help them to walk through them.
3What might people be interested in knowing about you?
Outside of work I absolutely love being up a fell/hill/mountain and whenever I am able to that’s where you will find me. I am particularly passionate about hiking and skiing. However, there aren’t many hills in the Clapham area so I usually get my fill of the outdoors playing Tag Rugby.
I am also a Chartered Accountant having spent the first three years of my career undertaking my ACA exams with the ICAEW. Having this technical understanding of financials has proven extremely helpful on a number of previous client engagements.
