1What’s different about Berkeley for you?

Berkeley’s focus on relationships and trust goes above and beyond anything I’ve seen in my career. It’s people-first mentality means it fosters an environment that allows its people to learn and grow. Partners take the time to listen and understand your individual goals before providing the support you need. This mindset extends to clients too, with an emphasis on high-trust relationships, not transactions. As a Berkely consultant, I am embedded in the client’s leadership team to work alongside them to deliver results. Berkeley will always do the right thing for our clients, even if that means having difficult or frank conversations at times.   

2What types of engagements excite you the most? 

I enjoy working on longer-term programs that you get to see end-to-end. I find it incredibly satisfying to not only play a role in the strategy and planning, but then to help it come to fruition and see the impact. I’ve supported a variety of technology implementations throughout my career, and they’ve given me the opportunity to build deeper relationships with my colleagues, both internally and within the client organizations. Some of my closest friendships have come from working on long-term engagements throughout my career!

3What might people be interested in knowing about you?

Although I have been in NYC for over a decade, I grew up around the world with stints in Belgium, England, and Singapore, before landing in the US. It must be why travel is in my veins and I am always eager to jump on a plane to explore somewhere new. Over the last few years, this has included an annual sailing trip with friends where we serve as the crew for our own catamarans.
