Ten years after joining the firm, Jennifer Johnston has been admitted into the partnership of The Berkeley Partnership.
The Berkeley Partnership is a truly value-based business, with enduring principles that have underpinned 30 years of successfully helping our clients, whilst also providing rewarding careers for our consultants. It’s a real privilege to be joining the partnership and I look forward to helping carry these values forward with us in the future.”
Jennifer Johnston, Partner
She joined the UK-headquartered management consulting firm in 2010, following nine years at giant Accenture. Working primarily in Accenture’s financial services division, she decided to move to The Berkeley Partnership to seek a broader range of industry experience.
“It’s a choice I have never regretted,” she reflected, “as I have since been involved in some fantastic projects at many of the world’s largest companies in retail, fast moving consumer goods, utilities, sports and media, helping them deliver their digital and business change programs.” She herself specialises in large program mobilization, implementation and change management.
“Perhaps just as important for me, The Berkeley Partnership has been a fantastic work family. I love working with an amazing group of talented, intelligent and capable individuals, who not only deliver great work but have fun doing it.”
With Johnston’s addition, Berkeley’s partner team grows to twenty-one – they lead a team of around 120 consultants across offices in London and New York.
In 2020, The Berkeley Partnership appointed Ben Wildman and David Irish as partners in New York, and Richard Bryant in London.
