1 Why did you join Berkeley?
I joined Berkeley for two main reasons: career growth and client impact.
After focusing primarily on organizational change management and HR operating model/service delivery initiatives, I realized I was eager to expand my skill set within transformation programs. Though these areas are critical to enabling a successful transformation, I craved the opportunity to branch out and gain experience in all facets of a transformation program. I aspire to become a true transformation expert and Berkeley offers a clear path to achieving that. I can now see what it takes to get there, understanding how people, process, and technology come together and how to execute all of them in a way that brings rigor and thought leadership to the forefront.
In regards to client impact, it’s no secret that ways of working have changed since 2020. As consultants, we’ve proven that projects can be successful when delivered remotely, and in some cases, those ways of working have remained in place. However, as remote working continued, I wanted the chance to collaborate more closely with colleagues and clients, side by side, to make an even greater impact not only on projects, but also on the relationships I’ve built. From day one, Berkeley has emphasized collaboration as a critical value driver for our clients, which has been a refreshing shift and one that I truly appreciate.
2What's been your biggest professional accomplishment?
My biggest professional accomplishment has been mentoring and supporting the growth of my team members. I genuinely take great pride in helping others unlock their potential, whether that be through coaching, providing feedback, or guiding them through complex projects. I find it rewarding to see those I’ve mentored and managed achieve their goals and grow both professionally and personally. Some of my most valuable experiences come from earlier in my career, when I was managing and mentoring junior talent during a period of fully remote work. For many, it was their first job and introduction to full-time work, which made my role as their manager especially meaningful. As a consultant, where our people are our product, I believe that true success comes from investing in others and fostering their growth!
3What are you passionate about in life?
Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and fitness. About a year ago, I began my journey to become a Lagree instructor – a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength training, cardio, and core work. My Lagree experience started as a client at my local studio in Montclair, New Jersey but it quickly grew into something more. After auditioning to become a coach, I completed an intensive four-month training program and officially began teaching classes in June 2024. It’s been incredibly rewarding to share my love for fitness while helping others reach their goals.
In addition to health and fitness, I have a deep passion for travel. My consulting career first sparked my love of exploring new places through projects around the world, and that travel bug has stayed with me ever since.
