The best thing about Berkeley is the people who work here. We are able to help a hugely varied client base manifest change in all sorts of interesting and exciting ways. Also, Berkeley really places a premium on your time, and provides you the flexibility to do the job the way you see fit – whilst giving you the right level of support as and when you need it. 

2What types of engagements excite you the most?

I really enjoy being on the client team. It’s a rewarding experience to help a client get the most out of their programme, and to help ensure a challenging piece of work is delivered with quality. I think client-side consulting is inherently more strategic because you have the opportunity to help shape a programme and delivery plan, and to facilitate conversations around business process and strategy. I most enjoy engagements where I have the opportunity to carry a project through the full delivery lifecycle.

3What might people be interested in knowing about you?

In the past few months I have become increasingly aware of the fact that the most interesting thing about me is my ten pound Cavapoo named Kodiak. An increase in visitors to our home, coupled with constant attention from neighbours, has led my wife, Aileen, and I to reckon he’s already more popular than we’ll ever be.
