1Why did you join Berkeley?
I joined Berkeley to build on and expand my consulting experience across a breadth of sectors and engagement types; I wanted to find out how transferable my skills were and apply myself to new and more complex problems.
I also wanted to join a firm where I had access to some of the best transformation leaders in the business and within a culture that promotes true collaboration… and that’s exactly what I’ve found at Berkeley!
2What do you like most about being a transformation leader?
It’s a real privilege to be able to work with our clients on their most difficult challenges, we get the chance to make a real and lasting impact and solve problems that often feel insurmountable at the start. Going on that journey with our clients builds strong relationships too, some of my previous clients are now great friends!
3What are you passionate about in life?
Friends, family, travel, sport, food and a good book! My fiancé and I have been together since university and I’m really close to my family, we often travel together and rarely miss the annual ski trip!
I love to travel; I grew up in Italy and lived and worked in a few places before settling in London. I really enjoy exploring new cultures but lately have also spent time discovering more of the UK (the food is better in Italy though).
I stay active as much as possible, I have a black belt in karate, love a crazy bootcamp and have also recently discovered reformer pilates.
