1 What's different about Berkeley for you?

The way in which we engage and collaborate with our clients. I find that the “Berkeley way” is very transparent in its goal - which is to do what’s best for our clients. We bring to the table a fresh perspective, based on experience from highly capable individuals and never have a hidden agenda. We are not consultants that believe in doing things “to you”, but very much work “with you” to come to a collaborative and successful outcome. I find that Berkeley also works on challenges of the most complex nature, and only those that are of high priority to our clients, which allows us to be confident in the fact that we are working on things that truly matter and make a difference.

2 What’s the most important thing you learned at Berkeley?  

The way we conduct ourselves and our work is a key differentiator. Our goal is nothing more than ensuring our clients are successful in what they do, and we do absolutely everything within our power to ensure that goal is achieved. The way in which we work with our clients is personable, human and intensely collaborative, something I cherish and continue to embody throughout my career at the firm.
 

3 What are you passionate about in life?

Outside of my consulting day job, I have a HUGE passion for dance. I used to be part of a Bollywood dance troupe where we put on multiple performances (including at the Apollo and Lyceum Theatre), took part in numerous national competitions and most notably, were semi-finalists on Britain’s Got Talent (where we received a 10/10 from Simon Cowell, may I add). 

The experiences and memories that dance has brought to my life are those I will cherish forever and have allowed me to really value the importance of being a team player – you’re only as strong as your weakest member! I continue to dance, on a less intense schedule, whenever I can do so.
