Berkeley placed 24th out of 100 medium-sized firms in the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces list, and is the highest-rated management consultancy in that category.
Chris Southwell, partner lead for UK recruitment at The Berkeley Partnership, said, “This award is incredibly important to Berkeley because it reinforces that our values and culture of inclusivity are really meaningful to our employees, proving that our workplace is one that is engaging, trusting and transparent.
“As we have such a unique business model in the consulting and professional services industries, it is great to see this recognised.”
The award follows the firm’s gaining Great Place to Work certification in the UK earlier this year, which required a survey of all Berkeley’s UK employees through Great Place to Work’s Trust Index. The survey found that over 90% of employees agreed that “Berkeley is a great place to work”.
Our work is interesting and varied, with some of the country’s most recognisable brand names for clients, so our people are always working in new areas and stretching their own capabilities. We are committed to continuing to build out our consultant pool with talented individuals who in turn will benefit from our unique culture and relationship focus, and have fantastic long-term careers!”

The Berkeley Partnership also recently achieved corresponding Great Place to Work certification in the US for 2023. The US version of the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey reported that 100% of Berkeley’s US employees said they felt welcomed when they joined the firm.
