The Berkeley Partnership

Profile

I studied International Marketing, French and Spanish at Dublin City University and, after qualifying, spent two and a half years working for Lloyds TSB Retail Banking. Having enjoyed working on a variety of projects during that time, I decided to make the move into management consulting - and full time project life - and joined Accenture in 1997.

The following ten years took me all over the world and across several industry sectors working for clients including Unilever, Fox Pathe, a pharmaceuticals start up, Sainsbury’s and Diageo. My proudest moment from that time was putting all of Diageo's European Supply Chain live on SAP. A huge, but satisfying, challenge.

I joined Berkeley in February 2007, and since joining,   have been fortunate enough to work on a series of incredibly challenging and satisfying pieces of work including successfully mobilising a global management and financial reporting programme, enabling an energy major to transform its intern and graduate recruitment programme, managing a "first of its kind" global re-tender for recruitment marketing services and helping formulate UK government policy.

….while each engagement has been very different, I’d like to think one of the strengths I bring to all of them is an ability to work well across a variety of different cultures while still "getting the job done" in a way that leaves people feeling good about what we have achieved together and how we have done it.
