The success of The Berkeley Partnership depends on the quality of its people. This means more than simply recruiting the best, it’s about offering our consultants unique opportunities and helping them achieve their full potential.

Our consultants typically join us with substantial project management experience across the full lifecycle, either through leading a sizeable project or managing an element of a major programme. They will have had exposure to scoping and planning as well as delivery. Many, though not all, come from jobs in management consultancy.

They will all have excellent management, analytical and interpersonal skills. But perhaps even more important is that they embrace our values and approach.
